1. About these terms

These terms apply to consumer purchases from Sesseq. through sesseq.com. You can contact us at info@sesseq.com and at Blijde-Inkomststraat 1 D3, 2140 Antwerp, Belgium. Please also see our contact page.

Company registration number: 0736.818.928
VAT number: BE0736.818.928

2. Products and versions

Before ordering, check the selected version, size, colour, set contents and any included components. The product description and selected variant determine what you are buying. Lifestyle images show a possible setting; other furniture and accessories pictured are included only if expressly stated in the description. Natural and handmade materials may show the variations described in advance. Your statutory rights if a product does not conform remain unaffected.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Any shipping charges and other agreed costs are stated before you order. Check the total and available payment method before confirming an order with an obligation to pay. Items marked ‘Coming soon’ or without a confirmed sale price are not an offer to order them for free.

4. Ordering

Select your preferred version, check your basket and contact and delivery details, and complete payment using an offered payment method. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Keep this confirmation and the terms applicable to your purchase. If you notice an error, contact info@sesseq.com as soon as possible.

5. Delivery

We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands and France. Availability and delivery times vary by product and are communicated before purchase. An order may arrive in several shipments. Sesseq. remains your point of contact even when a supplier ships directly. Delivery arrangements, costs and delays are covered in our shipping policy.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers generally have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 calendar days. Sesseq. offers 15 calendar days to notify us of a return, followed by 14 calendar days to send the goods back. If you return a purchase because you have changed your mind, you, the buyer, pay the direct return shipping costs. For an incorrect or faulty product, your statutory rights to a free remedy apply. Conditions, costs, refunds, the model form and the possible exception for personalised goods are set out in our returns policy. Choosing from standard available sizes or colours does not automatically constitute personal customisation.

7. Warranty and complaints

New consumer goods are covered by the statutory two-year conformity warranty. Report a problem at info@sesseq.com with your order number and a description. We will assess the appropriate statutory remedy with you. You do not have to contact the supplier or manufacturer before contacting Sesseq.

If we cannot resolve the matter together, you can obtain information about out-of-court mediation from the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service. This does not limit your right to bring the matter before a competent court.

8. Personal data

In our privacy policy explains how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights and preferences.

9. Applicable law and changes

Belgian law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence where applicable. These terms do not restrict your statutory rights. Your order is governed by the version in force when the contract was concluded; later changes do not apply retrospectively.
