Cooling-off period and withdrawal

For an online purchase, consumers generally have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 calendar days starting the day after receipt. Sesseq. allows 15 calendar days after receipt to notify us of a return. For items from one order delivered separately, the period starts after receipt of the last item. You do not need to give a reason.

Notify us of your decision at returns@sesseq.com, info@sesseq.com or by another unambiguous statement to Sesseq. Preferably include your name, order number and the items concerned. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory. Your notification does not require our prior approval.

Sending items back

Return the items no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of withdrawal. Contact us for practical return instructions and the correct return address for your order; do not send items to an address on supplier packaging without checking with us. We provide the necessary instructions without restricting your statutory deadlines or rights.

Return costs

If you return a purchase because you have changed your mind, you, the buyer, pay the return shipping costs. You pay the direct costs of returning the goods. For a large item that cannot be returned by ordinary post, the return costs or a reasonable estimate must be provided before purchase. If the legally required cost information was not given in advance, you will not bear those return costs. For an incorrect or faulty product, your statutory rights to a free remedy apply.

Pack the product carefully and keep proof of postage. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. You may only be liable for a loss in value caused by handling beyond that. Missing original packaging does not, by itself, remove your right of withdrawal.

Refunds

On withdrawal, we refund you within 14 calendar days of your notification, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees. We may wait until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first. If you withdraw from the entire order, we also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered; any extra cost for a more expensive delivery option is excluded.

Custom-made products

The statutory exception to the right of withdrawal may apply to goods made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised for you. We must state this clearly before purchase. A standard item produced only after an order is placed is not excluded from withdrawal for that reason alone.

Statutory warranty and complaints

New consumer goods are covered by the statutory two-year conformity warranty from delivery. Report a defect at info@sesseq.com. Subject to the statutory conditions, you are entitled to free repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination. Any manufacturer's warranty does not limit these rights.
