1.ORDER AND DELIVERY
When can I expect my order?
-We strive for the best price-quality ratio for our products.Therefore we choose to send the products directly from the supplier.
This allows us to save on transport, storage, packaging and shipping costs.
In that way we can offer the best prices.
Every order is processed within 24 hours and the average delivery time is 7 - 14 days.
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?!
- In 99% of the cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time.Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process.

If you did you not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time.

I am missing a number of products in my order, how is that possible?
- We work with different suppliers, it may be that products are shipped separately.Normally they will be delivered in a short time, you will usually receive it after 2-3 days.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
What are the shipping costs?
- Every order is 100% Delivered to your home for FREE.No minimum order quantity is required.
Sometimes we offer a number of items for FREE for promotion give away.
To cover these free items somewhat, we charge 6.95 for these specific products and add shipping costs.
2.Changes and returns
I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
- Yes. You can return any order to us within 14 daysI want to return an item, what should I do?
- If you are not satisfied with your order, you can change or return 14 days after receiving your order.Products must be in original condition and provided with tags and labels must be returned.
The product may not show any signs of use.
A return shipment, preferably, must always have a Track & Trace code.
The sender is always responsible for shipping.
Once we have received the items you returned, we will take care of it and ensure that we change your product or purchase the credited amount to your account within 14 days.

Where can I find my Track and Trace code?
- On this page you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.The Track and Trace code does not provide any information, how is this possible?
-From the moment your package arrives, the Track and Trace information is available by our mail order company.Please note that there may be some delay.
