Returns & Refund

Do you like to create a return or a refund?

You can do the following 3 easy steps:
Stap 01: Send us an e-mail to our return departement
Where you add your name and your order number in the email subject
And we send you automatically your return label
You send your return request to returns@sesseq.com 
Download and add your information to our Return Label
 
Stap 02: Send your order
Send your items and the Return Label to the addres that is mentioned on your return label

Stap 03: Receive your refund
If we received your return we will refund or change your products, depending on your preferences. 

*We highly recommend to send your return with the option for a track and trace code 
The sender is responisble for the return and therefore to provide their own shipping costs.
If we can't trace the package and we are not able to receive it, we can't provide a refund. Be cautious and take note of using a trackable shipping.
